“The rumours of my demise have been greatly exaggerated” – a classic line, and one which can now apply to our longest-standing client: McDougall Weldments. Recently, we heard comments from several people who had assumed the business was closing. We’re uniquely positioned to set the record straight due to our close working relationship and reassure you that McDougall Weldments is still very much open and in business.

McDougall Weldments' products have led the industry in quality and longevity for over fifty years. Even today, many of the original transportable sheepyards from the early ‘70s are still in use – a testament to the McDougall commitment to empowering Aussie farmers with equipment which will last for generations. From their signature transportable sheepyards and mobile loading ramps, to grain augers and mobile feeders, the dedicated team of welders and fabricators produce a wide range of farming equipment. The picture doesn’t end there; McDougall Weldments is a one-stop repair shop and a provider of bespoke equipment to the highest material and fabrication standards.

Our relationship with McDougall Weldments reaches back over 30 years, before we were Logical Developments. We are proud to support them with our software, in a small way enabling them to continue to be the backbone of Australian industry – we hope for many years to come.
