==== Payroll v2.10 ====
0011610: Remittance and Payday Summary
With the introduction of STP II - handling of superannuation types has changed.  Extra superannuation above the Guaranteed Amount (SG) is either added to the SG or is separated as 'Reportable'.
There are 2 Payday Adjustments to distinguish Extra Super.
Where it is at the discretion of the Employer to a subgroup of, or all employees, it is added to the SG amount for reporting in the STP event and for the Clearing House.
Where it is an individual employee negotiated bonus, it is a Reportable Employer Superannuation Contribution (RESC) and is separated in the STP event and in the Clearing House.
This distinction is reflected on:
- the payslip remittance
- the payday summary
- the payday export file  (if required)
- the 'Super Clearing' tool, its export file (if required) and reports
Within the payday record itself, for visibly of the superannuations:
- Salary sacrifices to Superannuation are represented in the preTax Adjustments column
- SG + Extra Superannuation(s) are represented in the Super column

11940: data investigations
An old issue allowed duplicate employee IDs.  The loophole was previously closed and data corrected where required.
In STP event, where an employee has changed IDs within a financial year, it is to track the multiple IDs and the ATO adds them together for publishing to myGov records.
Found that where an employee had multiple IDs and it was a duplicate, the STP event was reporting the 'duplicate' for both employees and so overstating their income.  The underlying data is correct but the tally of it for STP was wrong.
This has been corrected.

11952: Final checking data for STP II
Related to mantis 11610, existing data in the financial year needs updating to reflect current methodology of handling superannuations.
A background auto migration will run on startup where required.

11970: Tax Table Error?
A query was raised regarding the calculated PAYG where the employee is sitting at the top-table level for the pay period.
The calculations have been verified (and passed testing for STP II)
Where an employee receives Bonuses & Allowances, there are special tax rules including a maximum cap of 47%.  This includes employees that have student loans where their regular wages may be above 47%

When a payday transaction and a pay superannuation to the clearing house are posted/paid - these cash transactions have been updated to reflect the current handling for the different superannuation types.
